Cameras in the Courtroom

A provincial court judge ruled today that cameras would not be allowed in his courtroom for the sentencing of a Stanley Cup rioter. Premier Christy Clark had called for televised proceeedings of the Stanley Cup trials. David Eby, the executive director of the BC Civil Liberties Association, reacted to the decision.
