Rosenthal/Rampart Scandal

Richard Rosenthal was named the first ever director of BC's Independent Investigations Office this week. Rosenthal made his reputation as deputy district attorney in LA during the so-called Rampart Scandal which unearthed police corruption in the 90's. LA Times reporter Scott Glover covered the scandal.
