Mission Family Sues Government

A Mission family is suing the Provincial and Federal governments in the death of their daughter. Mark and Rosemarie Sukarra say their daughter, Lisa Dudley, was refused her constitutional right to life after being shot at her Mission home in September of 2008. CBC reporter Curt Petrovich filled us in on the details.
