Slow at Expo '86

Expo CEO Jimmy Pattison decreed that the fair would feature 'joyous music from morning to midnight. By and large his plan succeeded. But the World's Fair was also host to a notorious moment in Vancouver rock and roll history. The CBC's Geoff Turner tells the story.
