Raif Mair on Nancy Hall

She was BC's first and only mental health advocate. She was leader in the battle for the rights of the mentally ill and the homeless. But today Nancy Hall lost her own battle with cancer at the age of 60. Rafe Mair is a columnist and former provincial cabinet minister.
He also knew and worked with Nancy Hall on mental health issues.
