City wants 2/3 of trips made outside of cars by 2040

The City of Vancouver's 'Transportation 2040 Plan' looks to increase transit capacity, build cycling infrastructure and cut greenhouse gas emissions. But Vision Vancouver City Councillor Geoff Meggs maintains, the plan is not an attack on car drivers.
