Why vegans eat fake meat

Our guests are Jen Bundock, owner of Apiecalypse Now! Pizza and Snack Bar in Toronto; and Doug McNish, a classically trained chef, owner of Doug McNish's Public Kitchen in Toronto, and author of several vegan cookbooks including his most recent, Vegan Everyday: 500 Delicious Recipes.
