What's wrong with Ontario's employment standards laws?

Part-time when you want full-time. Contracts with no benefits, and no sick days. That's what many workers are dealing with as they try to make ends meet. The provincial government is looking for public input this summer on how to improve Ontario's labour laws. What do you think is wrong with them now?
