Gas Plants: An untold story

Private money builds more than gas plants. It builds Ontario hospitals, highways, courts and jails. The companies promise on-time and on-budget. But at what cost?

 

Our guest is Matti Siemiatycki, Associate Professor of Geography and Planning at the University of Toronto. He was one of the expert witnesses who made a submission to a House of Commons committee looking into public private partnerships.
