Homeless falling through the cracks

It took weeks to identify a man who was found dead under a set of stairs at a vacant business property in Toronto. 71-year-old Bill Buss was remembered today at a memorial. We spoke with Lauro Monteiro, who knew Bill as a regular at the Good Neighbours Club, a drop-in centre for homeless men. We also spoke with Tom Donohue, chaplain at The Mission shelter in Ottawa, and heard your stories about the homeless people who have touched your lives.
