Cremated remains trapped in Algo Centre Mall

Access is severely restricted to the Algo Centre Mall in Elliot Lake, the site of a deadly roof collapse two weeks ago. That means families can't collect the ashes of loved ones that are inside a funeral service business inside the building. We spoke with John Pomerleau, the owner of Alternative Funeral Services.
