Coyote Bounty - phone in

Coyotes attack thousands of farm animals in this province every year. Bill Murdoch, the Progressive Conservative MPP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound says there should be a bounty: a $200 prize for each coyote killed. He is collecting names on a petition. Is a bounty on coyotes the solution?
