Canadian Medal Hopes
Based on World Cup points, Olympic rookie Lyndon Rush will be piloting Canada's best chance for a medal, having won both in the two- and the four-man events this season. The native of Humboldt, Sask., is currently ranked sixth in the world.
The Dark Horse
This is Pierre Lueders' fifth trip to the Games and could be his last. He has not had a stellar season, but he won gold in 1998 and silver four years ago and Turin -- both in the two-man -- so don't rule him out.
