VANCOUVER -- For Immediate Release: "Inspired by Olympics to own part of BC skiing? Luxurious heli-ski facility in Cariboo for sale."

Asking: $2.8-million. Which is chump change for Olympic gold medal winning snowboarders who have mega-lucrative sponsorship deals and video games designed for them and who train on secret, private half pipes in, oh, I don't know, Colorado? Yeah. Okay. For dudes like you, Shaun White.

Location: Silvertip Lodge is in, like, nowhere, on the east end of Quesnel Lake, in the Cariboo Mountain range. That's 600 kilometres northeast of Vancouver, in case you were wondering, Shaun.

Accessibility: Air only. But there's a private gravel airstrip beside the lodge. It's included in the low, low price. Could also be used for racing dirt bikes in the summer. Or racing naked. Whatever. We did say it's remote, right?

Features: One 7,000 square foot, eight bedroom lodge with bitchin' bar and lounge, plus a separate spa building for Shaun's hot-tub parties. And guest cottages for Shaun's BFFs. Oh yeah, there's a heli-skiing tenure (we think that means, like, lease) that covers 1,400 square kilometres of mind blowing terrain, and 125 ski runs. Lots of room for secret halfpipes too, and radical igloo hideaways (for when the paparazzi find out about the lodge and come looking for you).

Average annual snowfall: 18 metres. Shaun-dude, that's like 40 feet. Way, way more than Cypress Bowl. Let's talk.
