I just watched the game at The Bay in downtown Vancouver. In a resourceful (and wonderfully Canadian moment) people merged the furniture department with the electronics/TV department.
No kidding.
Gangs of villagers teamed up to turn couches and fake leather loveseats around and pushed them down the aisles to where the TV's were. A sudden and impromptu viewing party emerged. Even the security guards helped.
It was a wonderful place to watch a beautiful game.
I'm waiting for some better photos than the ones I took with my crappy phone.
ps. Was it just me or was the ice terrible? I have never seen the puck bounce around as much as it did today. I'll try to follow up on this.
