What Vancouver will we see?

There's a tremendous piece in the latest edition of the Walrus Magazine.
The story, the magazine's cover article, is titled Vancouver: A Tale Of Two Cities. It is a fascinating look at where Vancouver finds itself on the eve of the big dance. It is a conflicted portrait to say the least.
