Jessica Gregg Jessica Gregg has quickly risen through the ranks to become Canada's top women's short-track speedskater.
Competing in her first world senior world championships in 2008, the 21-year-old earned a silver medal in the relay event.
Born in Edmonton, Gregg sports an impressive lineage as her mother Kathy was an Olympic speedskater, while father Randy played for the Edmonton Oilers and competed at the 1980 Winter Games. Her brother Jamie is currently on the national development long track team.
