For all the talk of who should light the cauldron at the Opening Ceremony Friday -- Wayne Gretzky, or Kerrin-Lee Gartner, or Nancy Greene -- there's a better choice. There's an irrefutable choice.
The following video illustrates why somebody associated with Terry Fox -- his mother Betty, who has been the face of the Terry Fox Foundation since her son's death in 1981, or somehow, a projection or avatar of Terry himself -- should be the one. There is simply no more inspiring story in our country's history. Not one.
