Germany's Neuner wins biathlon 10-km pursuit

Biathlete collects second medal of Vancouver Games

Germany's Magdalena Neuner captured the women's biathlon 10-kilometre pursuit Tuesday, collecting her second medal of the 2010 Olympic Games.

Neuner won gold with a time of 30 minutes, 16 seconds.

Anastazia Kuzmina of Slovakia took the silver medal, finishing 12.3 seconds behind Neuner.

In third, was France's Marie Laure Brunet, who was 28.3 seconds back.

Canada's Megan Tandy placed 36th out of 60 competitors, 3:46.2 behind the leader.

Neuner won a silver medal in Saturday's 7.5-km sprint, which Kuzmina won.
