Shelf Life-with Ivan Coyote

ivan.jpg
Shelf Life is a series where we ask some of our favourite British Columbians about the five books that have influenced their lives the most. Today's guest is author, columnist, performer, and public speaker Ivan Coyote.

Ivan and musician Rae Spoon, will be performing a show later this week called "Gender Failure,"  January 16-17 at Club Push at Performance Works, on Granville Island.

Ivan's Shelf Life books were:
Harriet the Spy, (Louise Fitzhugh), Stone Butch Blues,  (Leslie Feinberg), Woman on the Edge of Time, (Marge Piercy), Geek Love, (Katherine Dunn), and anything by the authors Ian Rankin and Denise Mina.
