Meeru Dhalwala speaks with guest host Margaret Gallagher. She is the co-owner, with her husband Vikram Vij, of  Vij's and Rangoli and just opened a restaurant in Seattle called Shanik. And she is the author of several best selling cookbooks. Meeru is out next guest as part of our Shelf Life series.
