Backcountry Barriers With Jeff Davies

If you go down to the woods today in some parts of B.C., you may be in for a
big surprise. How about a locked gate and a sign telling you that old fishing hole
of yours is now off-limits? Or a sign that says the trail you planned to hike or bike is closed by washouts? All this has left some backcountry travelers spinning their wheels in
frustration. On this week's outdoor life column, retired CBC reporter Jeff Davies brings you the story of backcountry barriers. Sunday after the 7am news.
