Etsuko Needham - Sushi Chef

Chef Etsuko Needham has challenged the traditional Japanese sterotype of male sushi chefs and now she wants to help other women do the same.  Etsuko is now the owner and chef at Bistro Sakana in Vancouver. Jason D'Souza dropped by for a conversation.
