TD Kids Book Club

The TD Canadian Children's Literature Award celebrates the most distinguished books of the year written by Canadian authors for children ages 1 through 12.

This year Polly Horvath is one of the nominated authors for her book "One Year in Coal Harbour"... the sequel to "Everything on a Waffle", which won the Newbery Honor.

You can hear Polly Horvath talking with Margaret and some young listeners after the 8:30 news.

To encourage thoughtful and respectful conversations, first and last names will appear with each submission to CBC/Radio-Canada's online communities (except in children and youth-oriented communities). Pseudonyms will no longer be permitted.
