French Kids Eat Everything

Getting young children to eat their  vegetables can sometimes feel like an impossible feat.  Author Karen Le Billon of "French Kids Eat Everything" explains  why eating like the French is the best thing for your kids and offers some tips to parents of kids with picky appetites.She's a finalist in the Taste Canada competition, which recognizes the best food writing in Canada.
