What 'SUP?

If you have been spent any time at the beach recently, you have likely noticed the abundance of stand up paddle boarders. These are the folks standing on extra large surfboards  paddling their way down the coast. Stand Up Paddle-Boarding, or "SUP-ing", is becoming hugely popular. And the newest trend is Boot Camp SUP-ing. Willa-Lee Reid is one of Vancouver's many outdoor life enthusiasts. We asked gave bootcamp SUP-ing a try. She shares her story Sunday just after the 7:30am news.
