Kathryn Calder and, "A Matter of Time"

crop calder.jpg
Caring for a loved one who's suffering from a fatal disease is hard enough-but imagine doing that and recording an album at the same time.  Kathryn Calder of The New Pornographers did just this, caring for her mother who was suffered from ALS while also laying down musical tracks. That mission is the subject of a new documentary in the works called "A Matter of Time." She meets with guest host, Margaret Gallagher to talk about her mother, music and living with ALS.
Pictured above is Kathryn, and her mother.
