Sea Salt Cookbook

Lorna Malone and her daughters Hilary and Alison have been sailing around the West Coast for over 20 years, using their hometown of Nanaimo as a base.

Along the way they've eaten very well, creating dishes that showcase the many local food producers.

They've just published a beautiful new cookbook called "Sea Salt: Recipes From a West Coast Galley."

It's filled with gorgeous pictures, delicious recipes, and great stories.

You can hear Margaret's conversation with the family after the 7:00 am news Saturday.
