"Gastro-Grilling" with Ted Reader

Chef Ted Reader is the author of the new cookbook "Gastro Grilling: Fired-up Recipes to Grill Great Everyday Meals." He has some advice for guest host, Paolo Pietropaolo for turning your next BBQ into a slightly more sophisticated affair.
