Human Libary : RCMP Officer Tad Milmine

Photo by Peter Lee/ Record newspaper
Tad Milmine dreamed of being a police officer since he was five years old.  But his early years of life were hard, he was bullied and unhappy and felt like a perpetual outsider.  Tad turned his life around when he was a young adult and these days wants to help other young people who are being bullied.
He travels the country speaking to school groups and you can find out more about that on his website.
He is part of the Human Library project at the Surrey Centre Library January 26.
