A BC business owner says the key to success is community engagement

Toby Barazzuol, founder of Eclipse Awards in Vancouver, has embraced the idea that there's more to being a business owner than just making money. His company's values reflect his own: community, sustainability and respect. And he says yes, he's still making money. We'll hear about Toby's views and about his latest community project on Saturday just after 8 am.
