May Q. Wong: Cowherd in Paradise

books.jpeg
May Wong has written a very interesting book based on her family. It tells a very intimate family story about her parents challenging marriage, their years of separation because of Canada's immigration policy and their ultimate reunion in Canada.

The story is also set against a very turbulent time in China and a time of great change in Canada.

Cowherd in Paradise: From China to Canada is published by Brindle and Glass.
