Lynne Bowen and the story of Italians in BC

Lynne Bowen is an author and historian who has written a half dozen books on Western Canadian history. Her latest, Whoever Gives Us Bread tells the story of Italians in BC, beginning in the mid 1800's.  Through meticulous research in Canada and in Italy Lynne tells the stories of many of the individuals who made a new life in BC.
