Film Maker - Desiree Lim premiers The House at VAFF

The House is a film about a woman who comes back to Vancouver from NY and moves into an empty house. She discovers the house is inhabited by ghosts of a sort. Not your typical boo-scary ghosts, but walking talking people with real lives and thoughts and substance. Desiree Lim is the writer and director of this film. She's a Vancouver film maker and The House will premier at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival next week. Desiree came in to the CBC for a chat and the conversation started with her talking about where the idea for this film came from. The House, premiers at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival Nov 6 at 5 PM at the CINEPLEX ODEON INTERNATIONAL VILLAGE CINEMAS in Vancouver.
