Martin Picard aka The Wild Chef is best known for his Montreal restaurant which draws diners from around the world.  Au Pied de Cochon gets rave reviews for Picard's innovative use of all animal parts.

Chef Picard also owns a sugar shack just outside Montreal where he has established another restaurant, celebrating maple syrup!
