Jaymie Matthews

Jaymie Matthews has a fascinating story.  From the age of about 3 he was star watching and soon dreaming of becoming an astrophysicist (even if he didn't know that's what it was called)
These days he's a professor in the department of Physics and Astronomy at UBC as well as being Mission Scientist with the MOST Space Telescope Project and part of the Kepler executive council with NASA (among other posts)
He is one of the Human Books you can "check out" of the Surrey City Centre Library Saturday Jan. 26.  For more information about the event and to register click here.
