A reminder that our Team CBC Health & Wellness Session will be taking place on Thursday, April 11 after our weekly run/walk here at CBC (we plan to start at 7 p.m.). We will have some post-run snacks and beverages and at 7 p.m. you'll hear from our awesome panel of speakers (goal is to be out by 8:15 p.m.):Devin Sherrington
is an award-winning Master Trainer and the owner/operator of 360fit. He will be speaking on anything and everything fitness and training-related. If you have training questions, Devin is a great resource.Michelle MacLean
is a certified holistic health coach and recently started her own holistic health coaching business. She will be speaking about everything nutrition-related and anything else that may affect your well-being (sleep, stress, etc).Mike Eddy
is an osteopath, registered massage therapist and owner of Michael Eddy Osteopathy in the in Spring Garden Natural Medicine Clinic. He will be speaking about the biomechanics of our bodies and treatment of injuries.
