The Team CBC and LifeMark Health and Wellness session was well attended, and by all accounts offered great value to our Team CBC runners and walkers with nutrition advice, stretching tips and gear recommendations. Not to mention the snacks provided seem to be a hit as well as nothing was left over - thanks for coming out.

Here's what's on our training schedule for this week:
Thursday, May 3, 6 p.m.
What: Group run
Where: meet at 1840 Bell Road (CBC building) parking lot *Chantal Bernard will provide a variety of routes to meet the goals of Team CBC members (5k, 10k, etc.)
Friday, May 4, 6:00 pm *Please RSVP for Friday fitness this week*
What: Group spin class *limited number bikes available, so please RSVP. Allison will take us through our paces on the bikes for 40 mins followed by 20 mins of stretching.
Where: YMCA South Park Street
