We're into week 8 and warmer running weather, at last. This week we're offering Team CBC a health and wellness session with Lifemark as a mid-training check-in. The Lifemark team will be on hand to answer questions and guide us through some best practices as we begin longer training runs and walks. Change in snacks, stretching and body maintenance/injury prevention come in to play as we get closer to race day.
The Health and Wellness session is this Thursday, April 26, 7-8pm, CBC Building, 1840 Bell Road. Please let us know if you plan to attend - healthy snacks will be on hand!

Where: meet at 1840 Bell Road (CBC building) parking lot
*Chantal Bernard will provide a variety of routes to meet the goals of Team CBC members (5k, 10k, etc.)
