We're firmly back to more seasonal temps so grab those winter runners from the back of the closet....
Here's what's on the training schedule for this week:Thursday, March 29, 6:00pm
What: Group run
Where: meet at 1840 Bell Road (CBC building) parking lot
*Moya Walsh leads and will provide a variety of routes to meet the goals of Team CBC members (5k, 10k, etc.)Friday, March 30, 7:30-9:00pm *Special time - this week only*
What: Extended Zumba 'Master' Class with Richard Gormley
In place of our regular 6:30pm Zumba class, Team CBC is invited to join the YMCA's special event to Zumba with a MASTER: Richard Gormley. Richard is originally from Halifax and studied Kinesiology at Dal. He is now based in Miami Beach, FL where he teaches Zumba. The special evening at the YMCA is a fundraising event in support of YMCA Strong Kids, but is free to all Team CBC members (you are welcome to make a donation, but it's not mandatory). It is sure to get your heart pumping!
