CBC News has asked every member of the Nova Scotia Legislature whether they receive a living allowance, and if they do, who uses the rental property. This is the list of MLAs who say their primary residence is more than 40 km from Halifax. We will post the data as the responses become available.
For MLAs to claim a living allowance, they need to live outside of the allowed radius of 40 km. Anything outside the circle below would be more than 40 km from Province House.
