CBC reporter Brian Boyle works in radio and television news; a quick-moving world of voices, clips, quotes, sounds, action and motion. These days however, he is focusing on the patient observation of the natural world. Boyle has a photo exhibit in Whitehorse. The images are all collected near his home in Takhini River Valley.
The exhibit is featured in Whitehorse at the Yukon Arts Society Arts Underground Gallery on main street. The show runs until the end of April.
On the day of the show's opening, Boyle was a guest on CBC's Airplay with host Dave White. He described photography and his transition from "hunter to gatherer."
