Hey Folks,
As I just mentioned tonight...
There's a system rolling out of the Gulf of Mexico this evening, that has me watching closely.
Depending on the exact track of this thing, it could end up rolling into Southeastern Newfoundland with a decent shot of Snow on Sunday night or Monday.
The forecast models have been either... just grazing us... or hitting us with this system over the past couple of days.

The reason this could be a story... is because the potential for Snowfall totals with this system could be as much as 20 cm or even more... if this thing really decided to back it's rear end into the Avalon.
Right now at appears 10-15 cm could be moving into the Avalon Sunday night through Monday afternoon... but again more in certainly possible.
I'll be updating you on this system using TWITTER this weekend.... so make sure you check it out for updates. If you've never heard of Twitter, that's ok, just click the link below.

You are a star! I enjoy your comments on CBC radio.
My friend and I hiked Pippy Park this am and I think we experienced
pogonip-freezing fog. Is this possible?
