Rainy Rainy Rainy.
Hey Folks, Well our system has been playing out pretty much according to plan today. A shot of 5-10 cm Snow, followed by a few hours of Freezing Rain, which has been slowly but surely turning over to Rain as temperatures rise above zero. As of this evening, we still have a bit of Light Snow down through Southwestern Newfoundland, however it's going to be primarily Rain on the menu in Newfoundland over the next 24 hours. The bulk of action from this system is now shifting to Labrador where Rainfall Warnings are in effect from Batteau to L'Anse-au-Clair and Winter Storm Warnings are in effect from Groswater Bay up to Nain. Here's a look at what's in store over the next 24 hours or so. Saturday night-Sunday Light Snow and flurries will return to Newfoundland... and there's a chance 2-5 cm could fall generally across the Island by Sunday night. More tonight on Here & Now!!! Ryan love watching you give out the forecast. However there is one change Iwould like to see on the map instead of WESLEYVILLE it should be New Wes Valley.Thank you
Dear Ryan Snoddon
Check out your copy of Lasting Conections winter 2010 magazine for Loyalist Colege Alumni.
They printed the bit about you with a photo.
Ryan was thinking of Wesleyville, Ontario which is about 5 minutes west of Port Hope and 45 minutes from Loyalist College in Belleville.
