FRIDAY STORM

Hey Folks,

Here's a look at my Snowfall Map for Tonight & Friday.

Feb1810.JPG

-Again the Freezing Rain mixing in with the Snow in the Metro area and along the Northeast Coast will make or break the Snowfall totals right along the Coast.

-The Bullseye appears to be down around Placentia Bay and up into the Clarenville area. This is where we could see 20-25... maybe up to 30 cm in some isolated areas.

-The totals could be a bit high up through Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor and into the Green Bay-White Bay area as well depending on how much mixing to Freezing Rain occurs as we move into the afternoon hours.

A complete break down on this system, tonight on Here & Now.

Ryan

Your Comments

Would this freezing rain be in the morning or more towards noon/afternoon? Also is there a possibility of significant ice accumulation?

A little flash of lightning ("or thunder snow") at 6:41am here in Mt. Pearl.

Ryan I love you, but a little more detail for St. Anthony, please. Sometimes you nearly forget us, just a little flash on your forecast and we're gone, keep up the good work though, you're great!!!

Ryan!
What's up with all this rain? I thought I left all that behind when I left Vancouver, Post-Olympics.
