MORE SUNSHINE

The good news is, this week is looking much calmer and much Sunnier than it's been in weeks and weeks across a good portion of the Province. An area of High pressure anchored to our South will keep poking its head up and clearing things out from time giving everyone a taste of sunshine, especially later in the week. More on that tonight on Here & Now.

HURRICANE IDA
Nov9-Ida.JPG

You may or not have heard about Hurricane Ida... which as of this morning has actually been downgraded to Tropical Storm Ida. However Ida is still a power storm which could drop up to 8 inches (200 mm) of Rain on some parts of the U.S. South over the next 2 days!

As of now it appears the remnants of Ida won't be heading anywhere near Newfoundland and Labrador.

See you tonight at 5:30!
