LABRADOR SNOW!!!

Hey Folks,

Happy Monday! And what a wake up for you folks in Labrador.

We have Snowfall Warnings across most of Southern Labrador. Generally 15 cm could fall by Tuesday morning with as much as 30 cm along the Mealy Mountains, into the Cartwright area and even down the Coast into the Black Tickle and Batteau areas.

Here are a list of the Current Snowfall Warnings.
Goose Bay and vicinity- 15-20 cm
Churchill Falls and vicinity- 15 cm
Labrador City and Wabush- 15 cm
Postville to Cartwright - Groswater Bay and south- 25 cm
Batteau to L'Anse-au-Clair - north of Mary's Harbour- 15-20 cm

It's going to be a Snowy Day with the Heavy Snow starting to taper off Overnight and throughout Tuesday morning.

RAINY SUNDAY

This same system brought a decent shot of Rain to Western Newfoundland yesterday as well. Take a look at some of these totals.
Port aux Basques- 60 mm
Burgeo- 47 mm
Stevenville- 25 mm
Deer Lake- 20 mm
Badger- 20 mm

SLOWLY Clearing
This Low will take it's time to kick out over the next few days... however once it does... we will see a decent end to the week. I'll have more on that story in your Long Range forecast tonight on Here & Now.
