Weekend Changes & Monday Updates

Hey Folks,

Just off the top here... there's quite a shot of Rain coming for the Eastern Newfoundland tonight. The system rolling in as we speak is looking like it has between 20 and 30 mm to drop on the region through the overnight tonight.

SATURDAY
-Is now looking much wetter for Newfoundland. Our system rolling in from the South is bringing with it a little pulse of energy from the Maritimes which will follow the main system... moving in on Saturday morning. As a result... Saturday is looking cloudy and showery for most of the Island now. I think the Northern Peninsula could escape the rain... and West Coast should clear in the afternoon... however everyone else will have to wait until Saturday evening for things to clear.
-In Eastern Labrador, expect cloud cover with some sunny breaks and a chance of showers.
-Same type of day in Western Labrador. Your temperatures are finally on the rebound.

SUNDAY
-Is looking good for Newfoundland. The Clouds could be a bit dominate, but things should remain dry and temperatures around 22 or 23.
-In Labrador... Mostly Cloudy with a chance of showers in the East and West... but they'll be light and isolated.

MONDAY
Our Monday system is looking weaker on the forecast models today. That said, the Canadian model (below) is still bringing in a decent shot of rain... with around 30 mm for Eastern sections of Newfoundland.

The American model is actually tracking the system South of the Island in it's Morning forecast runs... but it's been all over the map in the last 3 or 4. So I'm not to confident in what it's showing until it shows some more consistancy.
