Enjoy the Sun...
Hey folks, What a day across the Province... lots and lots of sunshine everywhere and temperatures aren't all that bad either. My advice to you today if you're in Newfoundland... enjoy the sunshine... soak it in... because once the flood gates open with this system coming in Wednesday into Thursday... things are looking a little soggy through the weekend. Labrador your looking good until Friday. This first system coming in tomorrow will track far enough South that you're going to miss it completely. However the weekend is looking wet for you as well. THE SET UP Some points moving forward. -Wednesday night and early Thursday will be the steadiest Rainfall with our first system. I don't think we'll be seeing any more than 10-15 mm with this one... most of which will be along the South Coast. -Friday's system looks fairly weak as well... 10-15 mm in Newfoundland... however cetainly enough to dampen the day. You'll get a taste of this system in Labrador as well, however even less rain is expected... 5-10 mm. -At this point, Saturday's system looks the juiciest and windiest... although it's still a little up in the air about who will be the bulls-eye with this thing. -I can't stress this enough. Our last system, it still very much a question mark. In fact, the American model is taking the system well to the East of the Province... however the Canadian model is backing it in on Sunday night and Monday with some definite punch. In fact, it's even wrapping some pretty Cold air into Newfoundland and showing a shot of S.... I can't even type the word. It's still 6 days away... so much can happen and so that's all I'll say about it... for now. I'll keep an eye on it and let you know. See you tonight. Ryan Your Comments
