Heya Folks,
So, Friday is looking a little wetter than first thought for Eastern Newfoundland. A system which looked like was going to track off the Coast... is in fact going to clip the Avalon with some showers and cloud cover.
Here's a update on what you'll be seeing for the next few days.
FRIDAY
As mentioned, Eastern Newfoundland will see a pretty cloudy day on Friday. A few showers are certainly possible as well. However, as you work into Central, the sun will be shining. The West Coast will see a battle between the sun and cloud and those Westerly winds could kick up some moisture from the Gulf and drop a light shower or flurry. In Labrador, there's still a weak trough hanging out and so a few flurries in the West are good possibility.

SATURDAY
Is still looking good. Best day of the Weekend for the Province as a whole.
SUNDAY
Our system tracks in on Sunday and the models are now in agreement... this thing is headed for the Gulf of St. Lawrence. That means pretty much nothing but Rain for Newfoundland. The West Coast could see a little bit of Wet Snow early Sunday morning... but the rain will quickly follow. The Westerly track of this system will also pump in those warm temperatures... double digits from Coast to Coast on the Island.

In Labrador... you folks in the East will see some increasing clouds and a few late day flurries. Labrador City and the North... enjoy the sunshine!
MONDAY
For those of you lucky enough to have Monday off. It's looking pretty wet for most of Newfoundland as the Cold front from this system looks like it will kind of stall out and move South to North... instead of West to East. Ok what?
Well, if it was moving West to East... it would cross the Island and be done with us. However, it looks like it will sit over the Central/Eastern sections and draw up lots of moisture from the South.

More details tonight on Here & Now.
